At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. Refund Policy

Refunds for purchases, subscriptions, or coaching services are subject to our Refund Policy as follows:

Market Reports, Business and Marketing Templates

Due to the nature of digital products, including market reports, business and marketing templates, and other downloadable content, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items.

Newsletter Subscriptions

Newsletter subscriptions are non-refundable for the current month. However, you can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by following the instructions provided in the email or by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]

Coaching Services

Hourly Coaching Services: If you have purchased hourly coaching services, you may request a refund within seven days from the date of purchase. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Package Coaching Services: If you have purchased package coaching services, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase if you are dissatisfied with the service. We will refund any unused hourly sessions from the package. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the number of coaching sessions used.

Processing of Refunds
