Hello there, I’m Diana, and I’ve embarked on an extraordinary journey, founding Catalyst Partners, LLC.
I’m on a relentless pursuit of learning, a firm believer in smiling often, and an advocate for living unapologetically. Above all, my driving force is a deep-rooted desire to make a meaningful difference in lives of others. Catalyst Partners is a culmination of this passion. We’ve crafted an innovative ecosystem that brings together remarkable thought partners anchored in three essential pillars: data-driven marketing and research, executive coaching and development, and organizational transformation. It’s a platform-business model tailored and accessible, born from my journey from Ukraine to NYC.
My path has taken me from the vibrant world of advertising, marketing, and design, where I worked with industry giants like Y&R and WPP Group, to the realm of science as a genetic counselor, bioinformatician, and business development leader. Over the past 15 years, I’ve traversed diverse marketing, business development, strategy landscapes, collaborating with C-level executives, governments, and global firms. Through these experiences, I’ve deeply appreciated the profound importance of transformation and servant leadership. It’s in the crucible of change that organizations unearth their true potential.
This unrelenting passion for understanding the intricate web of organizations led me to embark on a profound academic journey. I pursued a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, a pivotal moment that transformed my perspective and approach. But the journey didn’t stop there. I heard a calling to be an executive coach, completing the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. That refined my ability to be a thought partner and catalyst.
